Another Weekend Down....

Man these weekends are just flying by...can you believe in 9 days I'll be in Sunny Mexcio...I can't wait!!!

Friday night ended up being a mother/daughter night...Katy and I went to dinner and here she is eating a brownie sundae...OH MY!!!!

THen we ended up going shopping at the mall and then to see the movie "Due Date"..never laughed so hard in my life..what a funny (stupid funny) but funny movie!!! It was so nice spending an evening just us girls....

Saturday Kevin and I packed for Mexico..everything is packed except for our daily toiletries we use...otherwise we're ready to go!! I couldn't be more excited.....

Kevin and I spent the afternoon doing some more shopping (Christmas shopping is DONE!!!) and then we ran to Olala and had a pumpkin spice latte and a turkey cookie...it was so yummy!!!!

We then went to dinner at the casino where I lost and he won so we cancelled each other out...we were home and in our pajamas by 8:30..man we're OLD!!!

On Sunday it was all about the Packers...Kevin ran and got beer and pizza and took Katy to work...Katy had been at work for less than an hour when a chemical solution got splashed in her eyes...they called us and told us they were running her into the ER and we could stay at home and watch the Packers (honestly that's what her boss told us!!!)

During the 3rd quarter we had to go meet them at the pharmacy to allow the prescription to be given to Katy and her boss kept saying "I'm so sorry to interrupt the game"...luckily at that time it was 24-3 so the Packers were really winning!!!

Katy's okay..she has some salve to put on her eye and no contacts for a few days..she has to wear her glasses! They said the contact she was wearing saved her eye as the chemical got on her contact and she got them out fast enough to avoid that stuff getting in her eye..there was just one spot on the lower left that it ate through the contact so she's going to be okay!!!

We all 3 rushed home to finish the game...YEAH PACKERS!!! I really feel sorry for the Vikings...you know Favre is so old and washed up (he's not half the quarterback he used to be) and yet the Vikings just can't learn..its like they are so proud of themselves for "stealing" him from us...uuhhh excuse me but it was the Packers that let him go out of his contract WE NO LONGER WANTED HIM!!!

I wouldn't be suprised if he's asked NOT to come back this year....its actually quite funny!!!
